Terms & Conditions — aa71 Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related aa71 policies, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy:

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the aa71 platform and all services provided through it. By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understood their content.
• You accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to comply with them at all times.
• You acknowledge that aa71 may amend these Terms from time to time with reasonable notice provided via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
• You understand that your continued use of the aa71 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• You confirm that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms are supplemented by aa71's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless a specific provision of the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy expressly states otherwise.

Access to and use of the aa71 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. The aa71 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. aa71 enforces this requirement without exception. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawal requests cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering into legally binding agreements, you are not eligible to use aa71.
3. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering and using the aa71 platform. aa71 does not represent or warrant that its services are legal in your specific location. Users who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own legal risk.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the aa71 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether initiated through aa71's own self-exclusion tool or through any external responsible gambling programme. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent an existing exclusion in any way.

To access the full range of aa71 services — including real-money wagering, deposits, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. aa71 strongly recommends enabling two-factor SMS authentication to protect your account. You must notify aa71 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one aa71 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at aa71's discretion, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• KYC Verification: aa71 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence — at any time, and specifically before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
• Account Closure by User: You may request the closure of your aa71 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus funds held at the time of closure are forfeited.
• Account Closure by aa71: aa71 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if aa71 determines that a User has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

aa71 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits to and withdrawals from your aa71 account balance:

Deposits: aa71 supports the following deposit methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your aa71 account balance within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. aa71 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi banks are processed within 2 to 4 business hours on standard business days. aa71 does not guarantee processing times during peak periods, public holidays, or technical maintenance windows.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before aa71 processes any withdrawal request, the User must have:

• Completed the KYC verification process with satisfactory documentation.
• Deposited and wagered at least the equivalent of their total deposit amount at least once on real-money games (excluding sports free bets and bonus-funded wagers).
• Not triggered any fraud detection flag or chargeback dispute on their account.
• Complied with all applicable bonus wagering requirements if bonus funds have been used.

Anti-Money Laundering: aa71 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illicit activity. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that were previously used to deposit funds into the same account, unless aa71 expressly approves an alternative withdrawal method in writing. aa71 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on accounts displaying unusual transaction patterns, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

aa71 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cricket calendar. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default 30x wagering requirement applies to all bonus funds.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms will expire and be removed from the User's account automatically. The default bonus validity period, where not otherwise stated, is 7 calendar days from the date of issuance.
• One Bonus Per User: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per User, per household, and per IP address. aa71 reserves the right to refuse bonus claims where it suspects that multiple accounts have been created to exploit a promotion.
• Game Contribution: Not all games on the aa71 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate. Specific game contribution rates are disclosed on the promotions page for each individual offer.
• Maximum Bet Under Bonus: While bonus funds are active and wagering requirements remain incomplete, a maximum single-wager cap of ৳500 applies per spin or bet. Wagers exceeding this cap placed while bonus funds are active may, at aa71's discretion, result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse and Manipulation: aa71 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void any associated winnings, and permanently close the account of any User found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to bonus-hunting strategies, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account exploitation.

aa71 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that Users are encouraged to use to manage their gambling activity. The following obligations and tools apply to all aa71 accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account via the account settings panel. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased until a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session time alerts that notify them when they have been actively using the platform for a defined period. aa71 recommends that all players enable session reminders as a standard precaution.
• Self-Exclusion: Any User may request self-exclusion from the aa71 platform at any time by contacting [email protected] or using the self-exclusion option in their account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the User's account is suspended and aa71 will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from being sent to that User.
• Reality Checks: aa71 may display periodic reality check notifications showing the duration of a User's current session and their net wagering result for that session.
• 18+ Enforcement: aa71 enforces the 18+ age restriction through its KYC process and reserves the right to suspend any account pending age verification at any time. Players who believe a minor may have access to their payment methods or devices are advised to contact support immediately.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the aa71 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point in your use of the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, misconfigured odds, or technical glitches in the platform. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or coordination with any person who has non-public information about a sporting event's outcome.
• Attempting to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or use the aa71 platform for any purpose connected to criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aa71 support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent an active self-exclusion order by registering a new account or using another person's account credentials.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or operate your aa71 account on your behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aa71 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the aa71 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by technical failures, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.

aa71 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may occur; aa71 will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of extended downtime periods in advance.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. aa71 does not make any representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the aa71 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and aa71 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
